Sandstangen bathing area

Sandstangen is a popular swimming spot about 3.5 km from the campsite.
It is a 300 meter long bar of moraine gravel.
At the campsite you will find a café and kiosk. > The area is adapted for the disabled with toilets and waste disposal. > There is a separate space for launching boats and a permanent jetty for public use.
Øyeren is also the most fish-rich lake in Norway with 25 species of fish.
