Rental terms and conditions
Product information Olberg camping rents out cabins, tent, motorhome and caravan pitches for overnight stays.
The booking of cabins does not include the rental of bed linen and towels, but sheets are provided on all beds.
If you want to rent bed linen and possibly.
towels will be added to the price for this.
Cabin cleaning is not included in the rent, but if you want this, the price will be added.
We do not have a charging station for electric cars.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars from power poles at the campsite or from the ordinary power grid at the cabins.
There is an electric car charging station near the campsite that can be used.
Olberg camping uses an online booking and payment system.
We also have drop-in pitches and can take payment in both cash and card at the reception. Prices Prices vary according to the season.

We want to give you good help and a successful stay! Terms of sale and delivery Campsites reserved through the booking system are reserved immediately after payment has been made. Payment We require full payment to reserve campsites through the booking system.
To reserve cabins, you must either send an email to camping@olberg.no or book by phone to 41765672. Personal data We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other companies or be linked to other external registers. Card information When you shop at Olberg camping, the payment is processed by NETS.
This is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa, MasterCard and Bankaxept.
All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations. Cancellation If canceled/changed later than 14 days before arrival, a fee of 20% of the paid stay that is changed/canceled will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made after 18:00 the day before arrival will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your stay, this is possible up to 24 hours after booking/payment has been completed.
If the day of arrival is the day after the booking was made, cancellation is available for 1 hour after the booking was made.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to camping@olberg.no, marked with “Cancellation” and the order number from the receipt of the booking in question. Complaints If there is a fault or defect in the goods, you must notify us in writing (e-mail or letter) within a reasonable time of discovering the fault or defect.
We will then provide you with information on what to do next.
The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchases Act. Right of withdrawal There is no right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act for travel and accommodation. Guarantee There is a guarantee in accordance with Norwegian law on travel and hotel stays. House rules It is not permitted to let other people into the campsite or cabins than those listed as residents. If there are special needs for this, it must be agreed with Olberg Camping in advance.
